Does Intuit EasyACCT report W-2 code TT?

Short answer: Partly. Since release 2025.3.03 (2 April 2026) EasyACCT has box 12 codes TT and TP, and you attach 12TT to the overtime pay item. Intuit says the code tracks the 0.5 overtime, but a user who printed a test W-2 in August 2026 found all of the overtime pay in box 12, and Intuit hasn't answered. Check box 12 against your own premium before filing.

What it usesInstall 2025.3.03 or later. In Write-Up or Batch Payroll > Update Company Files > Company Information > Default Payroll Information, pick code 12TT for the overtime GP item and 12TP for the reported-tips GP item. Defaults only reach employees added later, so set each existing employee separately.
Check the amountPrint the Earnings Report before the W-2s and compare each employee's box 12 TT with the premium you calculate. EasyACCT Professional has no W-2c; Intuit's Information Return System lists W-2c and W-3c, and the W-2/1099 Transfer moves the data there.

What to watch

Check the number before the W-2 goes out
Export hours and earnings per workweek and run them through the free code TT calculator. It rebuilds the FLSA premium week by week (several rates, bonuses spread back, fluctuating workweek, weeks split by pay date) and runs in your browser. Big gaps usually come from bonuses, double time or state daily overtime.
Whole payroll, offline? The W-2 Code TT Kit runs every employee in one file with no network access, plus CSV templates, the week-by-week audit trail and a 12-page guide to every rule.
